These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of adibug.com and the pest control services provided by Adibug Pest Control ("Adibug," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, booking a service, or requesting an inspection, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Adibug provides residential and commercial pest control across Hampton Roads, Virginia, including Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Hampton, and Newport News. Service details, availability, and pricing may change without notice.
Booking and appointments
When you book online or request an inspection, you are requesting service, not confirming a final appointment time. We will confirm the date and time by text, email, or phone. Please provide safe access to the areas that need service and let us know of any pets, children, or special conditions in advance.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the site are starting prices and may vary based on property size, pest severity, accessibility, and the service selected. Inspection-based services (such as rodents, termites, bed bugs, and commercial) are quoted after assessment. Bed bug and termite inspections carry a fee that is credited in full toward treatment if you proceed. Payment is due as described at the time of service. Scheduling, invoicing, and payments are handled through our service management system.
Membership plans and cancellation
Adibug Protected and Adibug Protected Plus are recurring, month-to-month memberships with an initial service fee followed by monthly billing. You may cancel at any time. If you cancel within the first 12 months, the discounted initial service fee is adjusted to the standard one-time service rate. Termite treatment is a separate service, with an optional annual warranty renewal. Specific plan terms are provided with your plan.
Satisfaction and re-services
Active Adibug Protected customers receive free re-services for covered pests between scheduled visits. If covered pests return, contact us and we will return at no additional charge. Coverage details are provided with your plan.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer your time to another customer.
Referral program
Referral rewards apply to qualifying new residential customers as described on our Referral page. Free inspections, self-referrals, duplicate households, and cancelled or unpaid services do not qualify. Credits carry no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers.
Warranties and disclaimers
We perform services professionally and in accordance with applicable Virginia regulations and product labels. Except as expressly stated in your plan or written agreement, services are provided as is, and we disclaim other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Results can vary based on conditions specific to your property.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adibug is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue.
Website content and intellectual property
The Adibug name, logo, content, and design are owned by Adibug or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Information on this site is for general purposes and may contain errors or change over time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Virginia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version, and continued use of the site or services means you accept the updated Terms.
